Das fünfte Studioalbum von The Doors, Morrison Hotel, wird im Oktober anlässlich seines 50-jährigen Jubiläums neu aufgelegt. Das Album wurde Ende 1969/ Anfang 1970 aufgenommen und im Februar 1970 veröffentlicht. Es wurde für diese Veröffentlichung von Bruce Botnick neu gemastert, und diese Version ist auf CD und als 180-g-Vinyl-Schallplatte enthalten. Die Leckerbissen befinden sich alle auf der Bonus-CD mit mehr als einer Stunde unveröffentlichter Aufnahmen aus den Sessions für „Morrison Hotel“.
