Im Februar erscheint die essentielle Cream-Box "Goodbye Tour – Live 1968".

Ursprünglich im Februar 1969 veröffentlicht, mischte das Album Goodbye Live-Auftritte von den letzten Konzerten der Band Cream mit einer Handvoll Studioaufnahmen und ging in UK auf Platz 1 und in US auf Platz 2 der Billboard Charts. Goodbye Tour - Live 1968 erweitert noch einmal die Aufnahmen dieser letzten Tournee: Erstmals erscheinen alle vier Konzerte von 1968 inklusive bisher unveröffentlichter Tracks und interessanten Informationen von David Fricke (Rolling Stone Magazin) über das kollektive musikalische Genie der Gruppe und ihre letzte Tournee.
Diese historische Sammlung wurde von Bill Levenson produziert. Die Konzerte im Oakland Coliseum, im Los Angeles Forum und in der San Diego Sports Arena wurden von den originalen 1968er Analog-Mix-Reels von Kevin Reeves bei Universal Mastering, Nashville, TN gemastert. Das Konzert in der Royal Albert Hall wurde von den originalen 1968er Analog-Transfer Reels von Jason NeSmith bei Chase Park Transduction, Athen, GA gemastert.

Das CD-Boxset enthält 36 Tracks, von denen 29 erstmals am 07.02.2020 veröffentlicht werden.
