Erscheint als Expanded-Edition im Boxset inklusive 3 Discs (remastertes Album + Mix/Demo-Material sowie unveröffentlichte Live-Tracks) und einen umfangreichen Booklet mit seltenem Fotomaterial von Ross Halfin.

Nach dem tragischen Unfalltod des Metallica-Bassisten Cliff Burton stand die Band vor der Herausforderung mit neuer Besetzung einen würdigen Nachfolger für das Über-Werk "Master of Puppets" zu schaffen. Mit viel Ehrgeiz wurde schließlich "And Justice For All" geschaffen, eine Metallica-Platte mit zahlreichen überlangen Songs, vielen komplizierten Tempowechseln und einer unendlichen Zahl von Riffs und tollen Soli. Absolutes Highlight ist der Song 'One', der langsam und episch beginnt und sein Finale in einem Maschinengewehr-ähnlichen Riff findet.
